Financial Advisory Services
J.P. Turner's Investment Banking Division works with client senior management at all stages to help them chart new courses and expedite corporate development. We help develop traditional and electronic road show contents to help each company earn new position in the marketplace as well as serving as a conduit to an industry specialist whose sole focus is identifying and reporting online conjecture and activity about client companies.
When engaged to provide financing and advisory services, as required, J.P. Turner immediately enforces complete transaction security. By speaking in strict confidentiality, we better help our clients leverage their business structures and optimize their efforts to increase shareholder value.
Our Investment Banking Division offers clients various financial advisory services, including:
- Valuations and Appraisals: Analysis of tax situation, assets and liabilities, employee stock ownership plans, distribution requirement of private foundations and other needs.
- Financing Facilities: Examination of the financing alternatives available given existing and expected markets.
